Welcome!
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Weichert, Realtors® in the State of Washington and I work diligently to find the right property for my buyer, and the right buyer for my seller. Here is what my clients appreciate about working with me:
My ability to perform seamlessly with stressful situations. My clients appreciate the sense of calm and professionalism I bring to the most demanding of interactions.
My communication skills, integrity, enthusiasm, compassion and attention to detail are evident in many aspects of my life and help me put together the best fit for my real estate clients.
My clients appreciate my help in searching for real estate and getting in-depth information about markets and neighborhoods.
Because of my business background and extensive training with serving the needs of the public, I have good organizational skills and facilitate real estate transactions with ease.
I have cultivated an excellent rapport and trust with fellow real estate brokers, buyers, sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel and attorneys involved with real estate transactions.
I have worked as both a Seller’s and Buyer’s broker. I have been involved in real estate since the 70’s and this is clearly one of my passions.
With my experience of being a longtime business owner, licensed mental health provider and real estate broker I incorporate these well-developed skills into my personal interactions to make your real estate experiences positive, engaging and comfortable. I look forward to helping you!
